Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you visit Traitiva, take an assessment, create an account, buy a report, start a trial, manage a subscription, or otherwise use the service.

By using Traitiva, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter a binding contract where you live, to buy paid access from Traitiva. The service is not directed to children under 13.

You are responsible for keeping your email account, password, and login links secure. Activity that happens through your credentials is treated as your activity unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

Traitiva provides assessments, written reports, educational content, and related tools for self-reflection and general personal development.

The service is not therapy, medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, employment screening, credit evaluation, or a guaranteed decision system. Any test names, scoring labels, assessment frameworks, or personality-language references are descriptive only and do not mean official affiliation or endorsement.

Paid access is tied to the email address or account used for checkout. We may let you reopen purchases by password sign-in, secure email link, or other account recovery methods that we make available.

Digital reports and subscription benefits are licensed to you on a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis. They are not sold for resale, public redistribution, credential sharing, or team-wide reuse unless a separate business agreement says otherwise.

Prices, currency, taxes, trial details, renewal terms, and product scope shown at checkout control the specific purchase you make. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

Some offers may include a trial or recurring subscription. If checkout clearly states that a subscription renews automatically, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You can manage or cancel future renewals from the secure billing portal linked through your Dashboard. Canceling stops future renewal charges, but does not undo the current billing period or charges that were already processed.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

If you believe there is a billing mistake, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction, contact us first so we can review the order and try to fix the problem. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may pause access while the payment dispute is investigated.

You may use Traitiva for your own personal or internal reference. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, automate against, or bypass paid access controls on the service.

You may not use the service to build competing datasets, train external models on our paid content without permission, interfere with site security, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or misuse the results for medical, legal, or employment decisions.

Assessment results are interpretive guidance for self-reflection. They do not guarantee accuracy, compatibility, hiring outcomes, relationship outcomes, business outcomes, or personal transformation.

You remain responsible for your own choices, including any action you take after reading a result, report, recommendation, or email from Traitiva.

The Traitiva website, assessments, result text, reports, designs, graphics, software, and branding are owned by Scale Brain LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, but you keep ownership of material that is independently yours.

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, products, or content when the service changes, laws change, or payment and security risks change.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, legal risk, security risk, or a material breach of these terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Traitiva is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that every result will match your self-perception or third-party opinions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scale Brain LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost goodwill, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.

If the law allows a liability cap, our total liability for claims related to Traitiva will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim arose or US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise, these terms and disputes related to Traitiva are governed by Wyoming, United States.

Unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum, disputes must be brought in Wyoming, United States.

We may update these terms when Traitiva, the law, or our billing flow changes. The revised version becomes effective on the effective date posted on this page.
