This Refund Policy applies to digital products and paid access sold through Traitiva, including one-time report purchases, trial offers, and recurring subscriptions.

Consumer protection laws where you live may give you additional rights. If they do, those rights still apply.

We usually approve refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, verified unauthorized transactions, and cases where you paid but we could not restore the purchased access within a reasonable support window.

If there is a technical delivery problem and we cannot restore access within 3 business days after receiving the information needed to investigate, we may issue a full or partial refund.

Once a one-time report has been unlocked or materially delivered, change of mind alone is usually not enough for a refund because the product is a digital service that becomes accessible immediately.

If the purchase never unlocks correctly because of our billing or delivery error, this section does not remove your right to ask for a refund under the approval rules above.

If you start a paid trial or subscription, the checkout page controls the renewal timing, renewal price, and billing interval. When the offer says it renews automatically, it will continue until you cancel.

You can cancel future renewals from your Dashboard and secure billing portal at any time. Canceling stops the next renewal charge, but access generally stays active until the end of the current paid or trial period.

Subscription renewal charges that were already processed are usually non-refundable, including when you forgot to cancel before renewal, unless required by law or caused by a verified billing error on our side.

Refunds are usually denied when the request is based only on disagreement with the result itself, a preference change after delivery, failure to read the offer details before paying, or failure to cancel a renewing plan before the next billing date.

We may also deny refunds where access problems were caused by an incorrect checkout email supplied by the customer, by terms violations, by abusive refund patterns, or by fraudulent activity.

Send the request through the Contact page within 14 days of the charge or renewal.

Eligible requests may cover only payments made in the 30 days before the request, including renewals.

Include the purchase email, charge date, amount charged, and a short explanation of what went wrong so we can review the correct payment and account record.

We review eligible requests case by case and may approve or deny them at our sole discretion, except where law requires otherwise.

We usually review refund requests within 3 business days, although payment processor verification or missing details can extend the review time.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank, card network, or payment provider may take additional business days to post the refund after it is submitted.

Fraud, repeated refund abuse, or chargebacks filed before contacting support may lead to account or access restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

This policy does not limit your right to contact your payment provider about genuinely unauthorized activity, but we still ask you to contact us first when the issue is a delivery or account-access problem that we may be able to fix quickly.

This policy works together with the Terms of Service.
